Academic Partnership Signed Between Université Techno-Scientifique de l'Amérique (UTSA) and Pebble Hills University (PHU)

L'Université Techno-Z'Scientidique de l'Amérique (UTSA) is pleased to announce to the academic community, especially its students, the signing of an academic Memorandum of Understanding with Pebble Hills University (PHU), located in Belize, Central America, renowned for its commitment to international academic cooperation.

This partnership reflects UTSA’s global engagement strategy, following its recent accreditation by the International Accreditation Organization (IAO), and aims to:

- Promote mutual recognition of degrees and certifications between both institutions;

- Develop joint training and research initiatives;

- Enhance the visibility and value of our programs through international collaboration.

It is worth noting that PHU is accredited by several globally recognized bodies, including QAHE, ARIA, and the national agency "Bilim-Standard'', further strengthening the legitimacy and impact of this partnership for our students and academic community.
